Uptime
Day 1   Launch Day Completed!

Once upon a time, a Swedish guy by the name of Trizze wanted to become an astronaut. Unfortunately, he started streaming and developed a condition called "Streamer Brain". This condition hinders the use of a person's full brain capacity, leaving them with only 30% left. This shifted Trizze's interest fully to streaming but it didn't stop his ambitions to become an astronaut. On July 10th, 2024, he set his eyes towards the skies.

Daily Mission: Get on your bike and warm up for this journey through space. Visit at least three bakeries.
Day 2   Leaving Orbit Completed!

The launch went well and Trizze is now floating around in orbit around our blue planet. At 28,000 km/h (17,500 mph) it takes 90 minutes to complete one orbit around Earth. Looking out one window we see the darkest darkness ever seen before. But in the other window we see our familiar planet, spinning like a gentle giant in a sea of nothingness. Beautiful!

Daily Mission: Go outside and buy sourdough bread ingredients at the store. Bake sourdough bread and make some sandwiches for the upcoming moon landing.
Day 3   Moon Landing Completed!

As Trizze gets closer to the Moon, he starts hearing some strange interference on the radio. Before landing, he notices that there's a building with an empty landing pad next to it. It looks fully operational. He lands on the landing pad and sees a big Fractal logo on the building. We've somehow landed at Fractal's headquarters! A bit further away, in the middle of the crater, a monolith made out of polished rock, sticks out of the ground. But Trizze decides to leave that for the next day.

Daily Mission: Do a giveaway for a Fractal North computer case!
Day 4   Mysterious Creature Completed!

After hanging out at the fully autonomous Fractal headquarters for a day, Trizze woke up the next day with a new mission. Investigating the monolith. He steps outside and starts hiking towards the monolith, as he gets closer, his mind is overwhelmed with information and he passes out. Upon waking up, he feels slime dripping down on him from something purple. Through his helmet, he hears: "glob.. gob glob.. gob...". He opens his eyes and he sees a strange creature...

Daily Mission: Investigate the strange creature standing above you.
Day 5   New Friend Completed!

Glob was a strange creature, it appeared to be able to morph into whatever shape it wanted to. The only identifying factor that remained unchanged after a shapeshift was its antenna and the slime surrounding the body. Communication was an issue but you could tell that Glob wanted to be Trizze's friend. Glob's face looked a bit sad, lost and dull-witted. Perhaps Trizze could find out more about his newly made friend during the continued journey with the next stop being Mars.

Daily mission: Let your new friend experience your culture by treating it to some Swedish food.
Day 6   Ship Upgrades Completed!

After a day of wonderful Swedish food culture, Trizze and Glob were feeling great waking up. Trizze in particular. He felt a bit strange, it was as if his "Streamer Brain" condition had loosened a bit. Could it have been that strange monolith having an effect on him? His mind was clear and he realized that he could improve the ship by a landslide in order to reach Mars on day 8 instead of day 160. Trizze spent the day tinkering with the ship while Glob was finishing off the Swedish leftovers watching over him with a clueless expression.

Daily Mission: Wind down by playing Pokemon Smash or Pass.
Day 7   Health Issues Completed!

On day 7, Trizze had travelled 70 million km. Roughly 1750 times the circumference of the Earth.
Space travel is known to be rough on the human body. Astronauts constantly return home with issues such as low bone density and loss of muscles. Space travel did not seem to affect Glob, the alien creature's body seemed accustomed to it. Trizze on the other hand, was feeling weaker. He needed to figure out a way to strenghten his body if he wanted to continue this journey...

Daily Mission: Bike to the nearby city Boden.
Day 8   Landing on Mars! Completed!

Trizze and Glob are approaching Mars quickly and have already decided for a suitable landing spot. Visiting Mars is on top of the bucket list for Trizze, so there was no question about landing there. They land in the middle of the Hadley crater, during the landing, their fridge was damaged! Shortly after landing, Glob is seen hunched over about 30 meter away from the spaceship. He has found some kind of animal carcass... It resembles a duck. Glob plucks a feather and starts to dissolve it within the outer slimy layer of his skin. What's going on??

Daily Mission: Find some ducks to feed and fix the fridge.
Day 9   Nostalgic Findings Completed!

After fixing the fridge, both Trizze and Glob fell asleep and woke up early in the morning on Mars. Trizze put on his EVA suit while Glob was having fun shapeshifting into a slimy purple duck. He must have been absorbing the duck's DNA yesterday when dissolving the feather. It seems like that's how he shapeshifts into different creatures. About 1 km away from the ship, they found a crashlanded capsule. Opening the capsule revealed the text "Time Capsule - 2005". It was full of video games! Trizze spent the rest of the day showing off the games to Glob.

Daily Mission: Nostalgia day
Day 10   Artificial Intelligence Completed!

Trizze and Glob wakes up by a voice on the radio. Someone was welcoming them to the city of Mazera. They were an underground city on Mars with 200 million inhabitants. Absolutely unbelievable, Trizze thought to himself. He asked them for a picture of the city. A picture was quickly sent by morse code over the highly advanced radio. Trizze generated the image and... it was a picture of a laptop. It was plugged into a cylindrical device with a big radioactive symbol on it. An AI city with 200 million personalities existed in that old laptop.

Daily Mission: Host a game show for the AI civilization.
Day 11   The Third Crewmate Completed!

"Deal or No Deal" was played with the AI civilization. One of the contestants, named Blip, became the audience favorite after his impressive performance. After the show, Trizze was telling both Blip and Glob about the massive forests and deep oceans on Earth. Blip seemed saddened by the fact that he'll never experience anything like this. Glob tapped repeatedly on the ship's computer. "Of course!" said Trizze out loud and asked Blip if he wanted to live on the ship's computer instead. Blip said "YESSSS" and shortly after, he became part of the ship's crew.

Daily Mission: Visit a forest and take selfies with plants.
Day 12   Showing Prowess Completed!

Blip was enjoying his new home onboard the ship's computer. He'd play chess against Trizze without ever losing. Each time he won, he'd print out a paper that said "YOU LOST!". It didn't even seem like Blip understood chess, but that clearly didn't stop him from winning. Trizze got frustrated and decided to challenge Blip in games that he had a better chance of winning in. Glob was snacking on some veggies in the corner trying to figure out why losing was such a big deal for his human crewmate...

Daily Mission: Play 1v1s against chat in different games.
(Every loss is time added to the timer)
Day 13   Onwards to Europa! Completed!

After exploring Mars for 5 days, it was time to continue. Trizze had started thinking about where Glob had came from, why did they meet on the moon? It was still very difficult to communicate with him, but simple communication had been established using hand motions. Trizze told the ship's new AI pilot Blip to steer towards the moon of Jupiter. Europa. It had always been a moon shrouded in mystery. What lies beneath the ice? In a few days, they might find out.

Daily Mission: Cook a meal from a European country.
Day 14   Temperature Issues Completed!

Trizze woke up shivering and freezing. He rushed down to the common room where screens displayed all kinds of values. The temperature gauge was showing -1 degrees Celsius. He asked Blip what was going on, he then got the answer "Blip thought he'd prepare the crew for the climate on Europa, was this a bad initiative by Blip?" Trizze replied with: "YES, now turn up the temperature again!" When Trizze went to check on Glob, he saw something that made him very worried. Glob was frozen solid...

Daily Mission: Hop on a boat and enjoy some warmth on an island.
Day 15   Mysterious Behaviour Completed!

The previous day had started off with a disaster. Glob had been found frozen solid. Trizze was frantically running back and forth with blankets trying to heat up Glob while the temperature in the ship slowly rose. After the temperature rose above freezing, Glob simply sat up and looked at Trizze with a slight smile. It was as if he had no clue he had been frozen solid and was simply saying "Good morning!". Maybe this was part of his species behavior? Tomorrow, the crew lands on Europa.

Daily Mission: Gaming Day
Day 16   Attempt No Landing Completed!

Europa day. One of Trizze's favorite movies was 2001: A Space Odyssey. It has a quote which goes "All these worlds are yours except Europa. Attempt no landing there". It was stuck on Trizze's mind as they closed in on Europa. The icy moon looked like the most lifeless object so far on their journey, yet this was the most likely place for life according to scientists. Trizze and Glob got into their seats and started their descent. A loud thud indicated that they had landed on the icy surface. It was quite late so the crew decided to venture outside the next day.

Daily Mission: Random hourly game challenge!
Day 17   An Ominous Rumble Completed!

The Europa expedition had begun. Trizze and Glob stepped outside on the icy moon. Glob had been given a pair of old shoes so he didn't get stuck to the ice. They climbed down into a big crack in the ice. It was pitch black apart from Trizze's headlight and Glob's flashlight. Suddenly, everything started glowing a bright green. The sun had gone up! There must have been billions of microbes frozen in the ice around them. They all lit up the cave with an unreal looking green color as the sun shined through the ice. A rumble was heard in the distance...

Daily Mission: High ropes obstacle course (IRL)
Day 18   EMERGENCY LIFT-OFF Completed!

The next morning, the crew woke up to a loud wailing sound coming from the ice underneath them. Over the intercom, Blip announced: "Good morning crew! There's a metallic object with a 500m diameter moving towards us from under the ice. Its intentions might not be friendly. Fancy breakfast?" Trizze yelled: "START THE ENGINES AND LIFT OFF!". On the camera feed you could see a black cube with a glowing red triangle in the middle moving towards them. As the ship got off the ground, the ice broke underneath them and the ship's power died.

Daily Mission: Start up a Minecraft server.
Day 19   The Dark Cube Completed!

Trizze, Glob and Blip had been consumed by the dark cube. Inside the cube, it was as if time didn't pass. The darkness heightened their other senses. Trizze could smell the food in the fridge, hear his own heartbeat and feel the air passing by his fingers. The weirdest thing though, was that in his mind, it was as if he could access someone else's memories. It started off very faintly but after a while, Trizze saw a solar system with two inhabited planets. A purple planet and a brown planet.

Daily Mission: Competitive games day, change game if you lose.
Day 20   Shared Memories Completed!

Were these... Glob's memories? The brown planet by the name Desolara, was in rough shape. The plant life was long gone and the CO2 levels were dangerously high. The species had been stripping the planet out of resources without any means of replenishing them. Factories were releasing brown sludge and black smoke. Despite the dystopian look, the civilization was fairly technologically advanced. There was an abundance of spacecrafts and weapons. The purple planet on the other hand, existed in perfect harmony with the species living on it...

Daily Mission: Netherlands themed day.
Day 21   The Brutal Attack Completed!

The purple planet's name was Gogolob. Glob's home planet. It was filled with trees, fruits and purple creatures hanging out and relaxing. Suddenly, the memory shifted from peaceful to frightening. Hundreds of gray metallic space crafts were seen whooshing by in the sky. The Glob creatures were visibly scared. A huge explosion went off in the distance. It was the Desolara civilization attacking. They were desperate for another planet to consume after destroying their own. On the day of the attack, nearly all of Gogolob's population was wiped out.

Daily Mission: Go-karting!
Day 22   Living In Hiding Completed!

For months, Glob and a few other Gogolobs lived in constant hiding from the Desolaras who had completely taken over their planet. The Gogolobs practiced ways to blend into the environment. They would match their body temperature with the surrounding environment in order not to be detected by the surveillance drones. This was the reason why Trizze found Glob frozen on the ship when the temperature went below freezing. The Desolaras started polluting the planet with their gigantic factories and drilling facilities. The purple planet was fading...

Daily Mission: Bouldering stream
Day 23   Blue Sphere Completed!

The Gogolobs didn't have spacecrafts. But, hidden in the crust of the planet was something long-forgotten. An ancient slumbering wormhole. Hundreds of thousands of years earlier, an ancient Gogolob civilization opened up a wormhole in order to find a suitable planet to live on. One gray night, when Glob was listening to vibrations in the ground, he felt something humming. As he followed the humming sensation, it got stronger. After a while, Glob found an old cave. In the middle of the cave was a hovering blue sphere. It was warm to the touch.

Daily Mission: Cook video game inspired food
Day 24   Glob's Arrival Completed!

As Glob touched the blue sphere, the intense power of the sphere quickly consumed him. Glob was travelling through colorful but abstract visuals for what felt like days. What he saw could only be described as something from a higher dimension. All of a sudden, everything came to a halt. Glob was lying down on a grainy gray surface. As he got up, he saw a blue planet in the distance. Earth. Next to him, stood a mysterious monolith. Suddenly, Trizze and Glob snapped out of their dreamlike state by Blip yelling "YEEEEAHHH". The ship power was back on.

Daily Mission: Try Geocaching
Day 25   Escaping the Dark Cube Completed!

Blip had managed to turn on the ship's power again after being powered by the computer's internal battery for 6 days. After hearing about Glob's past, Trizze wanted to help him return to his people if they were still alive. For that to happen, they had to escape the cube. Trizze told Blip to find a way out of here. After a quick scan, a heat signature coming from one side of the cube was detected. It was the red lights from the entrance. With careful precision, Blip fired the engines and aimed towards the entrance. Whoever built the cube was still a mystery.

Daily Mission: Build the Saturn V LEGO rocket
Day 26   Free At Last Completed!

As the ship shot through the opening, they passed a strange red field. A cryptic text appeared on the computer screen, it looked similar to hieroglyphs. The ship escaped out of the cube with ease. When the crew looked through the outside cameras, the cube had disappeared. Trizze looked at Glob, he thought about the things he had gone through and said: "Glob, we will travel to your home planet and save your people". Glob didn't understand but gave Trizze a fist pump either way. Trizze then realized, he had no clue where his home planet was.

Daily Mission: Play Golf IRL
Day 27   The Rings of Saturn Completed!

As the rocket flew past Saturn, the sunlight reflected from the planet's massive rings. Glob was looking out the window, even for an alien creature, the rings of Saturn were jaw-dropping. After Glob went to bed, Trizze noticed scribbles on the spacecraft window. It looked to be a map of Glob's planetary system. One sun with two planets orbiting around it. Trizze asked Blip how many planetary systems matched this description. "128 million systems" said Blip. Trizze asked: "How many have atmospheres filled with CO2?". "One." replied Blip.

Daily Mission: Travel to Oulu, Finland
Day 28   To Gogolob! Completed!

Could this be Glob's home? Trizze was awake for most of the night trying to decide on what to do. The solar system in question was a couple light years away and had the very scientific name "XC-072". The ship was capable of flying very fast after the upgrades made after the moon landing. BUT, it would still take the crew a bit over 30 days to arrive. According to Trizze's calculations, they would arrive on day 65 of their journey. Trizze decided that it was the only right thing to do. Blip mapped out a trajectory and off they went. To Gogolob!

Daily Mission: Travel home and play horror games
Day 29   Gogolob Completed!

The next day, when Glob saw the planetary system on the holographic display, he tried to tell Trizze that it was too dangerous. He shapeshifted into a frightening Desolara. They looked like a mix of a praying mantis and a human being. Trizze calmed Glob down and promised that they'd be careful. During the journey, Trizze was going to work on a stealth cover for the spacecraft. After a while, Glob gave up trying to change Trizze's mind and returned to his normal globby shape. While a bit sad, Glob was also longing to see his friends again.

Daily Mission: Italy Day - Cook authentic italian food
Day 30   The Red Light Completed!

For the ship upgrades, Trizze needed silicate. Luckily, Phoebe, one of Saturn's moons, was high in silicate. Blip lowered their velocity for a smooth arrival. About 100km away from the moon, Blip broadcasted "Unknown structure located on Phoebe, seems to be a broadcasting station." Looking out the window, Trizze could see a tiny red light flashing on Phoebe. He told Blip to zoom in on the structure. But before finishing that sentence, a blinding light appeared. It was as bright as the sun. When the light faded, the moon was gone. Phoebe had exploded.

Daily Mission: Ostrich day
Day 31   There Are No Coincidences Completed!

Trizze had managed to capture a big enough chunk of the moon for the silicate he needed. But the next day he was still asking himself why it all happened. Could Trizze and the crew be the reason it exploded? Or was it simply a concidence? It couldn't have been a coincidence thought Trizze. Something strange is going on. Luckily, Trizze was one step closer to the stealth upgrades. He didn't want any trouble with whoever had enough firepower to blow up an entire moon.

Daily Mission: Cook something from the Discord food channel
Day 32   Escaping the Heliosphere Completed!

Due to the sensitive instruments on the ship, the crew had to be outside of the Sun's Heliosphere area to go full speed. The Heliosphere is a region filled with solar magnetic fields and outward-moving solar winds. Uranus was coming up next. Blip was pretending to be a tour guide to help ease up the tension after the Phoebe explosion. Over the intercom, he said: "Coming up, we have Uranus. Uranus has no internal heat source, it's the coldest planet in our solar system." Trizze got very intrigued by Uranus and started talking about it for the rest of the evening.

Daily Mission: Piteå convention
Day 33   Uranus Inspection Completed!

The crew were using the giant gravitational pull from Uranus to increase their speed. For this, they had to get relatively close to the massive planet. Out the window, they had an amazing view of Uranus. No other human being had seen Uranus as close as Trizze was seeing it right now. Definitely a special moment. Sitting in the window, Trizze sketched a detailed drawing of Uranus to remember it by. Glob on the other hand, was busy with a jigsaw puzzle. His slimy hands made it very difficult to fit the pieces together. But Glob was trying his best either way.

Daily Mission: Deal or No Deal
Day 34   Glob's Outer Layer Completed!

The puzzle which Glob was assembling, was lying half-done covered in purple slime on the kitchen table. This outer layer of purple slime which stuck to Glob, was very special. It acted as a heat regulator and as an antiseptic. It being an antiseptic, was a big reason why both Trizze and Glob were still alive. Both Trizze and Glob carry microorganisms within them. While they're harmless to their host, they could be lethal to an alien from a planetary system light years away. This slimy outer layer of Glob made him a perfect interstellar explorer.

Daily Mission: Overnight camping on a mountain
Day 35   Approaching Neptune Completed!

The last planet before leaving the solar system was Neptune. With the help of the gravity boost from Uranus, the crew would be passing by Neptune within 24 hours. Blip had started creating frozen slime sculptures presumably depicting his friends and family on Gogolob. Some were thin, some were round and all with varying head sizes. For some reason, they stayed frozen even in room temperature. It seemed like the the gel also worked as a fantastic insulation material. Glob was truly a part of a fascinating species.

Daily Mission: Travel home from the island
Day 36   The Final Planet Completed!

The day was here, Trizze, Glob and Blip were passing by the last planet in the solar system. They were still excited about Pluto but this was still a big thing. Neptune looked very similar to Uranus, a pale white and blue color. During the peaceful fly-by, a message appeared on the ships's monitors. It was written in the same hieroglyph looking symbols as when they escaped the Dark Cube. Trizze copied it onto a piece of paper using a pencil. Neither Blip or Trizze had any clue what it meant. They carried on flying past Neptune, towards the edge of the heliosphere.

Daily Mission: Art Exhibition
Day 37   Daydreaming Completed!

As Neptune got smaller and smaller, the end of the solar system was getting closer. Trizze was double-checking all instruments needed for the ridiculous speeds they were about to accelerate to. Glob was playing chess versus Blip through the ship's monitor. Neither of them understood the game, but something had to be done to pass the time. The instruments looked to be in good condition and well configured. Trizze lied down in his hammock in the command deck, he closed his eyes and started thinking about what could be out there.

Daily Mission: Surströmming day
Day 38   The Termination Shock Completed!

The crew was now entering the termination shock. This is an area where the solar winds slow down to subsonic speeds. Meaning slower than the speed of sound. This causes compression which in turn causes heating up to almost 200 thousand degree Celsius. Luckily, the solar wind protons were too sparse to affect the big spacecraft. Even though all sensors were going haywire, everything was completely fine. The crew would soon be outside of the Sun's sphere of influence. Both Trizze and Glob were a long way from home.

Daily Mission: Indian Food Day
Day 39   Good Bye, Sun Completed!

With the entire solar system behind them; Trizze, Glob and Blip had officially exited the heliosphere. The high tech instruments for interstellar travel were now functional. Trizze and Glob sat down in their seats and prepared for some intense G forces as they accelerated into the emptiness of space. Glob made sure to freeze his outer layer of slime so it wouldn't be thrown off him during the acceleration. Blip counted down: 5, 4, 3, 2... 1! The engines increased in thrust and pushed Trizze into his chair by an immense force which Trizze had not experienced before.

Daily Mission: Camping!!!
Day 40   Space Travel Completed!

As the ship accelerated, Trizze felt as if his skin was being pulled off his body. The G forces would last for a couple of minutes. The front of his body got paler and paler due to the blood being pushed to the back of his body. Space travel was not pretty. With one minute left, Trizze felt a sharp pain in his chest. His ribcage had fractured. With several broken ribs, he endured the last minute of acceleration with excruciating pain. That one last minute felt like an hour to him, he had never felt pain like this before. Finally, the pressure dropped.

Daily Mission: Kayaking & Who wants to be a millionaire?
Day 41   Medical Emergency Completed!

When Glob helped Trizze take off his pressure suit, Trizze's entire chest was purple and he had trouble breathing. Glob showed no side-effects from the G forces. Glob laid down Trizze automated medical bed in the medbay. He pressed a button and the bed started scanning for injuries. A few seconds later, it showed that Trizze had 7 broken ribs and a punctured lung. Trizze slammed his hand against the "Begin surgery?" pop-up. The machine lifted up a sharp metal tube and stabbed Trizze in the chest. He gasped for air as his lungs were drained of blood.

Daily Mission: Real job simulator day (Simulator games)
Day 42   Kind Gesture Completed!

The following day, Trizze woke up in the medical bay feeling absolutely destroyed. His ribs were still broken but luckily he had survived. Breathing was easier but the slightest movement felt like a knife stab. Glob had been sitting next to Trizze the entire night, he was worried and had no clue what to do. On the bedside table, stood a coffee mug covered in purple slime. Glob had tried to make Trizze a cup of tea. It had gone cold hours ago but Trizze appreciated the gesture a lot. The machine's screen displayed: "Minimum healing time remaining: 1 day and 2 hours".

Daily Mission: 110 km biking
Day 43   Strange Heat Signal Completed!

Early the next morning at 7:03am Earth time, Blip detected a very faint heat signal travelling behind the ship. It was as if it was following them. Blip let the crew know about the discovery. Trizze was still stuck in bed after the accident, so he couldn't do much. Glob was scratching his head not knowing what to do about it either. Could it be connected to the strange hieroglyphs seen on the screen earlier during their trip? Trizze would try and figure it out after he got out of bed. For now, it did not seem like the heat signal posed any danger to the crew.

Daily Mission: Carrot cake & Cleaning day
Day 44   Functional State Completed!

The next day, Trizze woke up by a chime sound coming from the computer. The minimum healing process was done. He sat up in bed, his ribs were still hurting a lot. With two crutches, he made his way to the command deck. Glob looked really happy to see him on his feet again. Blip said: "Glad to see you're in a functional state again." Trizze thanked Blip and went to look at the heat signal following them. It was still there. "Turn the ship 180 degrees" said Trizze. Blip followed along with the request. The ship turned and was now facing the mysterious object.

Daily Mission: Nostalgia day 2.0
Day 45   Mysterious Object Completed!

With the ship turned towards the mysterious object, Trizze shined the ship's huge spotlights onto the object. It was definitely lit up but they still saw nothing. It must be as dark as the rest of space, thought Trizze. Trizze got an idea, if he dumped the Magnesium from the countermeasure flares onto the object, he could paint it a silver color. This would let them see it more clearly. The crew tried the plan and it worked! The object was now visible, it was roughly the size of a computer keyboard. Now the question was, why was it following the crew?

Daily Mission: Cook a Swedish warcrime dish
Day 46   Extravehicular Activity Completed!

The ship was not equipped with anything to grab a hold of the object, it was too far away to reach either way. The only way to get a hold of it would be to do do an EVA. Trizze decided they should do it, the object didn't seem dangerous in any way but there was no way of knowing of course. Trizze put on his EVA suit and stepped into the airlock. With a press of a button, the air was vented out into space, Trizze was now relying solely on his suit for survival. With a safety rope attached to him, he grabbed a hold of the exterior part of the spacecraft and started climbing.

Daily Mission: Luleå Pride Festival & cooking Borscht
Day 47   Mission successful Completed!

Trizze climbed onto the front of the ship and threw out a net. The net had magnetic ends to it, when it struck something, the ends would swing around and lock the net together. The object was roughly 100 meters away and the rope was 120 meters long. The first throw missed, the second one as well. After around 10 tries, the net finally caught the object. Trizze reeled it in and dusted off the magnesium it was covered in, uncovering the same strange symbols that had been appearing on the ship's monitors. He brought it back onto the ship.

Daily Mission: Brew your own cider
Day 48   What's In the Box? Completed!

Trizze put the object onto a blanket on the dining table. The strange object was pitch black, it felt like a mixture between stone and metal and was cold to the touch. Trizze had no clue how to examine it, it would not react to anything. Glob looked at it from above when accidentally, his slimy layer dripped down onto the alien artifact. Suddenly, the symbols started glowing green and it started opening itself. Trizze and Glob audibly gasped when they saw what was inside of it. Inside, was a shriveled up bluish-gray colored finger with a long sharp nail.

Daily Mission: Try "Archipelago" & Grill outside
Day 49   DNA Test Completed!

The finger looked almost human-like, it was too long to belong to a human though. Who did this belong to and why was it kept in the alien artifact? Could it be what controlled the artifact or was it simply a small casket for a finger? Very confusing either way. Trizze cut off a piece of the finger to analyze the DNA. When Trizze looked at the DNA comparison to a human, 10% of the DNA matched human DNA. Could this mean that humans shared distant relatives with these creatures? If so, humans were not the first species on Earth to reach space...

Daily Mission: Content raffle
Day 50   Trizze's Request Completed!

All night, the long fingered creatures haunted Trizze's dreams. They were just a blur in the dream though, he had no clue what they looked like. Upon waking up, Trizze realized something. If Glob could consume a duck's DNA and shapeshift into it on Mars, could he do this with the finger as well? Trizze eagerly explained to Glob what he wanted him to do. Glob was very confused. Their communication was still not very good. But Glob seemed to understand the basics of the request. He picked up the finger and started dissolving it in his slimy outer layer...

Daily Mission: Free songrequest day
Day 51   The Logo Completed!

It didn't take long before the enzymes in Glob's slime started breaking down the finger, you could visibly see it disappear with your own eyes. Trizze was fascinated. Glob was used to it, so he stood there a bit confused to why Trizze was reacting in this way. As the finger disintegrated, something remained. Metal. There was a metal bone in the finger. Glob put the slimy metal bone piece on the table for Trizze to look at. They looked closely at it and saw symbols with a logo next to them. The logo looked like a C with a sideways v embedded in it.

Daily Mission: Cook swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes
Day 52   The Body Completed!

Trizze asked Glob if he could see what the creatures looked like. Since Glob had integrated the creature's DNA into his body, he could now transform into the creature. After a few attempts at communication, Glob understood what Trizze wanted and started shapeshifting into the alien creature. Glob grew taller and taller until he reached the ceiling, his legs extended, his arms and fingers grew longer. Infront of Trizze, stood a terrifying slender humanoid with long legs and arms reaching down to the knees. The eye sockets were covered in a dark film.

Daily Mission: IQ reveal day
Day 53   The Voice Completed!

The creature's had no outer ears. Instead, a black elastic film covered both the ear and the mouth, connecting at the cheeks. It looked absolutely terrifying. Suddenly, Glob said something with his new shapeshifted body. It sounded like a thousand whispers all at once, it completely overwhelmed Trizze who threw his hands on his ears, muffling the sound. Glob shifted back to his normal shape and said sorry by waving his arm in the air. What none of them realized was that, on the table next to them, the alien device had activated from Glob's voice.

Daily Mission: Content Raffle 2.0
Day 54   Live News

In the middle of the glowing artifact, was a glowing planet. It looked like Earth. The planet was surrounded by strange hieroglyphs. Trizze touched the planet, suddenly the whole artifact changed. Four symbols appeared, one looked like a human holding a microphone. Trizze tapped the image and something really unexpected happened. The artifact was showing news from Earth. It seemed to be live news. At the bottom of the screen, subtitles in the strange hieroglyph language scrolled past. Why were they keeping track of Earth?

Daily Mission: Blindfolded baking
Day 55   Rosetta News Completed!

The TV news were talking about climate change and a fashion brand going bankrupt. It was oddly comforting for Trizze to listen to news from Earth. Even with the funny subtitles scrolling past. That's when Trizze realized something. Technically, he could use the subtitles to decipher their entire language. Quickly, he told Blip what needed to be done and Blip started deciphering each symbol and building a digital dictionary. It wasn't the easiest thing to do. Slowly but steadily, the dictionary started to take shape.

Day 56   Cube #432 Completed!

Blip spent the night deciphering the language and in the morning it seemed like they had a semi functional dictionary. The first thing Trizze wanted to try and translate, was the cryptic message that had appeared on their screen as they left the dark cube on day 26. Trizze ran the text in the translation software. The following text appeared: "Leaving cube #432. Permissions missing, attaching tracker." This must mean that the artifact had been following them all the way from Europa, thought Trizze. Why would someone be tracking them?

Daily Mission: Cooking Wagyu
Day 57   Leaving B-38 Completed!

There was one more cryptic text Trizze wanted to translate. It was the message they received on day 36 as they passed by the last planet in the solar system, Neptune. The message was entered into the translation software. A second later, the translated message appeared. "Leaving B-38. Permissions missing, exiling spacecraft.". Trizze was pretty confused over the message, what was B-38 and what did "exiling spacecraft" mean? With a lot of questions, Trizze, Glob and Blip continued their journey towards Glob's home planet.

Daily Mission: Magnet Fishing 2.0 (WW2 site)
Day 58   Glob's Intuition Completed!

The next day, after Trizze had been slowly navigating through the artifact's menus. He found a search field. To his best ability, he drew the symbols for B-38 and a window popped up saying "Permission needed". Glob suddenly tapped the screen, the window disappeared and a bunch of data started appearing. Glob clearly had good intuition. Trizze ran the text through their translation software, what he read next shocked him. Earth was a part of an experiment called B-38. Not only that, the entire solar system was part of the B-38 experiment.

Day 59   The B-38 Experiment Completed!

The text explained that Earth was picked due to it's perfect location in the goldilocks zone. The aliens had planted life on the planet roughly 3.7 billion years ago. One celled organisms were planted in the oceans on Earth due to the need of a simple starting point. In orbit around the Earth, they placed several surveillance satellites. These were described as small cubes, these were used to track the development of life on Earth. There were entries about "resets" which co-aligned with the great mass extinctions on Earth. What were they trying to achieve?

Daily Mission: Learn a phrase in all European languages
Day 60   Mentions of Beon Completed!

In the text entries, there was one word which consistently could not be translated. It seemed to be a name. The letter by letter translation would translate to "Beon". The context made it seem like Beon was their home. But there was no more information about Beon on the artifact. With 5 days left until they arrive at Gogoglob, Trizze put the artifact aside and re-assured himself that things would be fine. Looking out from the cockpit window, Trizze could slightly make out the star which Glob's home planet orbited.

Daily Mission: Hammock camping with MREs
Day 61   Occupy The Mind Completed!

The next day, Trizze spent the day watching news live from Earth. Things didn't seem to go any better from when he left. After getting to know about the B-38 experiment, he had a different view on humanity. Maybe humanity couldn't change its behavior? Perhaps B-38 was a failed experiment... In an attempt to try keep his spirits up, he stopped thinking about it and started a text-based dungeon crawling game with Blip being the dungeon master.

Daily Mission: GTA V Chaos mod (8 hours+)
Day 62   Stealth Mode Activated Completed!

The next day, Gogolob's star was shining brightly in the distance. The spacecraft was slowly de-accelerating with the cockpit facing away from Gofolob in order to safely enter the orbit of the planet. The stealth systems Trizze had been working on were finished and were now activated. The Desolaras were a highly technologically advanced species. Without a stealth system, Trizze and the crew could be in big trouble.

Daily Mission: Pokemon Randomizer day
Day 63   The Two Planets Completed!

The ship was now able to distinguish the planets heat signals from the star's heat signals. One warmer than the other. The ship's instruments also detected high amounts of CO2 in the atmospheres of both planets. One of the planets had an extremely high amount. The plan was to get into orbit around Gogolob and survey the surface for any signs of life. Trizze was hoping for the best but ready for the worst. If it turned out that Glob had no one left on his home planet, he still had a friend on the ship.

Daily Mission: Ginger for a day
Day 64   Goglobian Sorrow Completed!

The ship was approaching the planet with a lower amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. In 20 hours, they would be in orbit around the planet. Glob was looking at the planet through the cargo bay window. It used to be a vibrant purple color due to the special plants growing on the surface. Now, it was a sluggish brown with gray areas. Glob's outer layer started dripping down his arms and legs. This must have been the Gogolob way of crying. Glob was filled with a mix of anger, sadness and frustration.

Daily Mission: Cider tasting & magnet fishing in town
Day 65   Entering Orbit Completed!

The spacecraft was finally entering the planet's orbit. It was time to deploy the surveillance instruments. With the push of a button, the monitors filled with colorful live maps of the planet. Something strange immediately appeared on the screen, large industrial cities. Suddenly, a loud bang was heard and all the monitors turned off. A large piece of space junk had torn off the surveillance instruments leaving the crew blinded. This was not Gogolob, they were orbiting Desolara.

Daily Mission: EPIC RECORD BREAKING DAY
Day 66   A Deadly Shimmer Completed!

With the alarms blaring, Trizze made sure all vital equipment worked. Looking out the window, the planet shimmered beautifully. But the reality was frightening. The shimmering came from the absurd amount of space debris orbiting the planet. Another bang was heard, they had to get out of there. Blip fired the engines. Everything shook violently as they accelerated out of orbit. After a few minutes of miracelously avoiding all space junk, they could breathe out and assess the damage.

Daily Mission: Trip to a European City (London)
Day 67   To Gogolob Completed!

They had lost all surveillance instruments, the airlock was breached and the outside hull was broken. But all other systems were somehow still operational. Trizze was very confused, they had aimed for the less polluted planet. How could that be Desolara? How could Gogolob already have gotten more polluted? Without any answers, they started moving into Gogolob's orbit. It did not have the shimmer like Desolara had. Meaning there was no space debris threatening to tear their ship apart.

Daily Mission: Trip to a European City (London)
Day 68   A Faint Purple Completed!

As the crew moved into an orbit around Gogolob, the densely polluted atmosphere covered the planet like a blanket. With no surveillance instruments, the only thing the crew had to rely on was their own eyes. After about 20 minutes of orbiting the planet, Glob spotted something purple near the north pole. It was very faint, but it was there. Trizze told Blip to enter the atmosphere around that area. After the ship re-adjusted itself for a while, they started descending into the smoggy atmosphere.
